GUIDELINES & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. 1. Cancellation Terms:
  • Cancellation by Zenflower Travel: If the trip cannot be organized due to force majeure (weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war, etc.), Zenflower Travel will issue a written notice and refund the deposit in cash after deducting incurred service costs (visa fees, flight deposits, etc.). Zenflower Travel is not liable for any further compensation.
  • Visa Denial: If the Embassy/Consulate refuses your visa application, a visa processing fee of USD 85/passenger will be deducted, and the remaining deposit will be refunded in cash.
  • Cancellation by Client: Requests must be submitted with proof of deposit confirmation. Cancellations over the phone are not accepted. The following charges apply:
  • Immediately after deposit: 10% of total tour price.
  • 60 working days prior to departure (excl. Sat & Sun): 30% of total tour price.
  • 30 to 45 working days prior to departure (excl. Sat & Sun): 50% of total tour price.
  • 15 to 30 working days prior to departure (excl. Sat & Sun): 70% of total tour price.
  • 5 working days prior to departure (excl. Sat & Sun): 100% of total tour price.
  1. Rooming & Tipping:
  • Single supplement fee is USD 1,530/passenger.
  • Tipping for local guides, drivers, and porters is mandatory: USD 8/passenger/day (Total: USD 64/passenger for the entire tour, collected during the pre-departure meeting).

Important Notes:

  • Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals with loose-leaf visas must bring them on the trip.
  • Please carefully review the itinerary, prices, inclusions/exclusions, and cancellation terms on the receipt upon registration. If registering on behalf of someone else, please ensure they are fully informed of the itinerary.
  • Itinerary and prices are subject to change at the time of booking depending on local conditions.
  • Passports must be valid for more than 6 months from the return date and must be signed.
  • Passengers must submit a 4cm x 6cm white-background photo for visa processing.
  • Zenflower Travel will hold original passports during the visa application period.
  • Travelers aged 62–75 must pay a premium insurance surcharge (varies by tour), provide a doctor’s medical fitness certificate for overseas travel, and be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60. Passengers with cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, or altitude sickness are not accepted. A signed health commitment form is required before registration.
  • Children under 12 and individuals not in sufficient health are not eligible for this tour.
  • Pregnant women are not accepted on overseas tours.
  • The itinerary is subject to change based on flight schedules and hotel availability, to be officially confirmed at the pre-departure meeting. Sightseeing spots may not follow the exact listed order.
  • We are not responsible for missed sightseeing due to:

Natural disasters (storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.), Security incidents (terrorism, protests). Aviation issues (technical glitches, security, delays, reschedules, or flight cancellations)

Meet and assist on arrival Yangon Int’l Airport , and transfer to hotel.

            Check in and dinner at hotel restaurant.

             Overnight stay at Pan Pacific Hotel or Melia Hotel or similar 5 star hotel in Yangon.

2 YANGON - Sun, 28 FEB 27

Day 2 : Sun, 28FEB’27 | YANGON  (BLD)

 After breakfast at hotel, full day sightseeing, lunch and dinner at restaurant.

Visits include: 

     • Botahtaung Pagoda; enshrined relics brought from India

  • Chao Htut Gyi; Reclining Buddha Image
  • Kabar Aye Pagoda and Maharparthana cave meditation center
  • Shwedagon Pagoda; is the heart of Buddhist Myanmar      
  • Overnight stay at 5star hotel in Yangon.
3 YANGON - Mon, 01 MAR27

     • Sunlugu Vipassana center - (Dhamma Talk and Sangha Dana offering)

  • Sitagu Temple Yangon
  • Buddha Relic museum

4 YANGON - Tue, 02 MAR 27

    • Buddha Tooth Relic Pagoda; enshrines a replica of original from China in 1994

5 YANGON – BAGAN- Wed, 03 MAR 27

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Bagan at 9.35AM via Heho.

11.45AM Arrival Bagan, an ancient capital and full day sightseeing, lunch & dinner at restaurant.

Visits include; 

    • the iconic Ananda Temple; the best-preserved and most revered temple

  • Dhammayangyi Temple; the largest with massive brickwork temple
  • Bu Paya; to catch a stunning sunset from the riverside terraces

Overnight stay at Aureum Palace Hotel or Queen Thanbula hotel or similar 5star hotel in Bagan.

6 BAGAN -Thu, 04 MAR 27

Day 6 : Thu, 04MAR’27 | BAGAN  (BLD)

Visits include:

    • Shwezigon Pagoda; built in 11-th century, a prototype of Burmese stupas

  • Buddhist nunneries temple; near new Bagan or famous temple and offerings
  • Htilominlo Temple; the elaborate stucco work, built in early 13-th century                     
  • Sulamani Temple; to view the best preserved mural paintings in the region 
  • Overnight stay at 5star hotel in Bagan.
7 BAGAN – MANDALAY -Fri, 05 MAR 27

Day 7 : Fri, 05MAR’27 | BAGAN – MANDALAY  (BLD)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Mandalay; the last royal capital of the Myanmar monarchy, located about a 5-hour drive northeast of Bagan. Lunch and dinner at restaurant.

Visits include: 

    • Golden palace temple; a historic Buddhist monastery with nice wood-carvings 

  • Atumashi monastery; one of the most magnificent architectural works in SE Asia.
  • Overnight stay at Mingalar Mandalay hotel or Hotel Apex or similar 4/5star hotel in Mandalay.
8 MANDALAY – SAGAING -Sat, 06 MAR 27

Day 8 : Sat, 06MAR’27 | MANDALAY – SAGAING  (BLD)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Sagaing; home to monasteries and nun temples, located about 45-minute drive southwest of Mandalay. Lunch and dinner at restaurant.

Visits include:  

    • Sitagu temple Sagaing

  • Sakyadhita Thilashin Nunnery School (Sangha Dana and books offering)
  • Soon Oo Ponya Shin Pagoda; one of the oldest temples on the Sagaing Hill • Kaunghmudaw; a huge pagoda in the shape of a perfect hemisphere as Sri Lanka   
  • Back to Mandalay in the evening and overnight stay at 4/5star hotel in Mandalay.
9 MANDALAY - Sun, 07 MAR 27

After breakfast at hotel, full day sightseeing, lunch and dinner at restaurant.

 Visits include:

       Mahar Muni Pagoda; 

      Mahar Gandaryone monastery (Sangha dana and offering)

  • Kuthodaw Pagoda; the world's largest book of compilation Buddhist scriptures
  • Kyauk Taw Gyi Pagoda; Built by King Mindon in 1853, a Buddha statue intricately carved from a single block of pale green Sagyin marble

         Overnight stay at 4/5star hotel in Mandalay.

10 MANDALAY – BANGKOK – SAIGON- Mon, 08 MAR 27 |

Day 10: Mon, 08MAR’27 | MANDALAY – BANGKOK – SAIGON  (B) 8M 337  MDLBKK 0800 1020

After early breakfast at hotel, transfer to Mandalay airport (1.30hr drive) for Int’l departure to Saigon, transit in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. End.
