➢Get on and off the bus:
✓ You must take the right bus, return to the right bus, and sit in the same seat as you sat at the
beginning of the trip for easy control when getting off and getting back on the bus.

vehicle captain’s phone number to contact when needed).
➢ Hotel room stay:
✓ When traveling, remember to bring your identification and luggage.
✓ When leaving the room, please lock the door carefully and leave the key at the reception so that

✓ When registering, please provide full name, year of birth, ID card, date of issue, place of issue.
✓ The tour program is considered a memorandum of understanding between the customer and
the company.
✓ Pregnant women 6 months or more are not allowed to join the tour, for safety reasons.
✓ Customers from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the
Company.
➢ Tour cancellation policy: Not applicable for tour cancellation on holidays and Tet. Excluding
Saturdays and Sundays.
If you cancel the tour, you will pay the following cancellation fees:
✓ If you cancel after tickets purchase: 60 % of tour price and 100% of airfare
✓ If you cancel 30 days before departure date: you will be charged 50% of tour price and 100%
of airfare
✓ If you cancel 15 days before departure date: 70% tour price and 100% airfare will be charged.
✓ If you cancel within 05 days of departure date, you will be charged 100% of tour prices

Afternoon: Tour guide takes you to: Ba Deo Pagoda imbued with ancient Vietnamese Pagoda achitecture of the 17th and 18th centuries, all buildings in the Bao Hai Linh Thong Tu complex (except Ngu Phuong Bao Thap) are make of ironwood. This is also one of the few spiritual works in Vietnam built entirely from wood, with the highlight being the wooden frame and roof in the form of a “gong stand stack of beams tipical of ancient Vietnamese Pagoda achitecture in the 17th century”
Evening : 18:30: Tour guide takes you to dinner at the restaurant . After dinner, you are free to walk around and explore Ha Long at night .
